Cách 1 — Gỡ ứng dụng trên Facebook (tự động)
- Vào Facebook → Cài đặt & quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web (hoặc Tích hợp doanh nghiệp).
- Chọn ứng dụng Postcafe / SenticGen → Gỡ.
- Facebook báo cho SenticGen và hệ thống tự xoá mã truy cập Facebook cùng dữ liệu Trang gắn với tài khoản của bạn. Bạn nhận một mã xác nhận để tra cứu tại trang này.
Cách 2 — Gửi yêu cầu
Gửi email tới support@senticgen.com với tiêu đề "Xoá dữ liệu SenticGen" kèm tên tài khoản Facebook hoặc Trang. Chúng tôi xoá trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc và phản hồi xác nhận.
User Data Deletion (English)
Option 1 — remove the app on Facebook (automatic): Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) → select Postcafe / SenticGen → Remove. Facebook notifies SenticGen and your access tokens and associated Page data are deleted automatically; you receive a confirmation code you can look up on this page.
Option 2 — email support@senticgen.com with the subject "SenticGen data deletion". We delete your data within 7 business days and confirm by email.
