Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SenticGen (the "Service"), operated by CÔNG TY TNHH TMDV QUẢNG CÁO BLUE GLOBAL (Blue Global Advertising Trading & Services Co., Ltd.), Business Registration No. 0109811133 ("we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a Facebook Page or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").

1. The Service

SenticGen is a software-as-a-service CRM and shared inbox that lets businesses connect Facebook Pages, read and reply to Messenger conversations, manage customer conversations, tag customers, assign staff permissions, schedule Page content and review Page engagement.

2. Accounts and authority

• You may only connect Facebook Pages that you are an admin of, or that you are authorized by the Page owner to manage. You confirm that you have that authority each time you connect a Page.
• You are responsible for the staff accounts you create, for choosing which Pages each staff member can access, and for all activity under your accounts.
• Keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately at support@senticgen.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law and with Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Pages policies and Messenger Platform policies, including the rules on when and how businesses may message people. In particular, you must not:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not contacted your Page or opted in, or outside the messaging windows Meta allows;
• send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights;
• collect, sell or share personal data of people who message your Page for purposes they have not agreed to;
• use the Service to access Pages, accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or try to bypass Meta's or our security and rate limits;
• reverse-engineer, resell or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of your Page data, conversations and content. You grant us permission to process them only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of people who contact your Page and for honouring their requests.

5. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or disconnect a Page, a staff account or your whole account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or Meta's policies, if Meta asks us to, or if your use creates risk for other users, for Meta or for us.
• You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Pages at any time. You can request deletion of your data as described on our Data Deletion page.
• If Meta changes or withdraws access to its platform, parts of the Service may stop working; we are not liable for such changes.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page; continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and otherwise by the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
